Please note that this trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. The prizewinner will be informed that reservations may only be made and confirmed 30 days prior to the desired travel dates

A processing fee of $US25.00 per room, per night will apply to this all-inclusive trip, and will be the responsibility of the prizewinner. Payment of this processing fee (by either credit card or cheque) will be required upon receiving hotel confirmation. Winner must be at least 18 years of age and the holder of a valid passport

The trip is neither transferable or redeemable for cash, and valid until December 1, 2009. No extensions will be given after the trip is expired

Entries in the form of subscriptions will be accepted no later than midnight on November 1, 2008
