BREAKFAST BOOSTER

INGREDIENTS

8 fl oz (250 ml) chilled orange juice (fresh if possible)
4 fl oz (125 ml) chilled carrot juice
4 scoops vanilla or orange frozen yogurt
1 egg (optional)
2 teaspoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Orange slices to decorate

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process
until smooth

2. Pour into a chilled glass decorated with an orange
slice and serve with whole-wheat raisin muffins.
